But in fact the jam ones turned out really well as they were much more moist. Ferbent loved the jam ones and wants me to make more but with different flavours. He's like, 'you can do them with strawberry and apricot and orange...'. You make sugar syrup and then pour the hot syrup into beaten egg whites. You beat it for 10 minutes until it cools. It's quite sweet and kinda sticky. I've never made anything like that before.
